The Department of Biomechatronics Engineering, College of Bioresources and Agriculture, National Taiwan University, invites applications for 2 tenure-track faculty positions at the level of assistant professor or higher (please specify the rank you apply for). The position is expected to begin on February 1, 2022

1.Possess a Ph.D. degree in engineering or an engineering-related field, ability to teach required courses and courses related to the fields "mechatronic control" or "mechanical systems" in the department (see our website http://www.bime.ntu.edu.tw/ for more details).
2.Should be passionate about teaching, willing to cooperate and interact across domains, and can promote the continuous development of the department.
3.Have potential to develop novel research track related to Intelligent Agriculture or Mechanical System.
4.Ability to teach in English and demonstration of international academic research competitiveness are preferred.

CV and supporting documents, including a copy of diploma of academic degree, specialty fields (please provide a statement less than 250 words), academic achievement, honors, and any other information which might be helpful to assess the applicant’s qualification.
*Academic transcripts including undergraduate and graduate studies are required for applicants who apply for the position of assistant professor.

List of scientific papers published after February 1, 2015 (Please indicate whether the paper published in an SCI Journal). Applicants should specify one SCI paper published after February 1, 2017 as a representative research work for external review. Doctoral dissertation after February 1, 2019 can be considered as a representative research work if applying for assistant professorship.

Research proposal and teaching plan.
