Academician Dr. Mien-Chie Hung

Postdoctoral positions are available immediately in the laboratory of Academician Dr. Mien-Chie Hung to study molecular mechanisms of resistance to targeted therapies in human cancer. The laboratory particularly focuses on the role of immune signaling in tumor microenvironment and the crosstalk between tumor cells and the immune compartments. The overall goal of both studies is to develop novel targeted treatments and cell-based immune therapeutic approaches to overcome cancer progression.
Candidates with M.D. and/or Ph.D. degree in cell biology or related fields are encouraged to apply. Successful applicants will be highly self-motivated in research with ability of independent thinking to move forward research projects.
